About The Position

Meta is looking for an individual to join its Content Policy Team. The team's mission is to create and communicate rules for how our products may be used by people on Meta and its family of applications. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for policies that focus on consumer safety. As a member of the team, you will work closely with a number of other teams at Meta, including our Global Operations, Product, Legal, Communications, and Public Policy teams. You will be responsible for helping our team craft and implement content standards that best serve the company and the people who use our services globally. It is critical that you are to analyze and communicate the costs and benefits of refinements to content policies at Meta and their implementation, and be comfortable making difficult decisions under pressure.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in content policy
• Experience working in a global team
• Effective communication skills
• Experience communicating cross-functionally, particularly in the area of consensus-building
• Experience in analytical-thinking and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement content standards for Meta's products.
• Analyze and communicate the costs and benefits of content policy refinements.
• Make difficult decisions under pressure regarding content policies.
• Collaborate with Global Operations, Product, Legal, Communications, and Public Policy teams.
