About The Position

CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves. This role is a part of the CapCut for Business team that supports commercial users and businesses to streamline their marketing content production process from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

  • Lead user operations and channel expansion for CapCut in the U.S. market, driving growth, retention, and monetization of high-value users.
  • Plan and execute subscription campaigns, design user segmentation strategies, and analyze performance to improve retention and revenue.
  • Expand external channels by recruiting and converting professionals such as designers and marketers, and build scalable partnerships for sustainable growth.
  • Recruit and manage creators in line with business goals.
  • Build and engage creator communities to drive participation and foster high-quality content.
  • Collaborate closely with product, content, and monetization teams to achieve user growth and revenue goals.
  • Support the planning and execution of localized marketing initiatives and growth strategies.
