About The Position
The Global People Operations team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle. Within People Ops is the HR Technology team, which focuses primarily on the internal information ecosystem. HR Tech is a multidisciplinary team of experts spanning content strategy & technical web production, enterprise content management, system & solution design, and data & analytics. This team partners most closely with Engineering, product managers, UX researchers, and strategic teams that represent various operational processes and programs. We're looking for in-depth experience in the domains of enterprise content management, editorial workflows and communications planning, and cross-functional relationships within fast-paced and complex working environments. In a nutshell, you'll be the person responsible for mapping out the end-to-end content management experience (with a heavy focus on scalable workflows and governance frameworks), facilitating alignment across cross-functional parties, and ensuring appropriate resourcing across the team's content portfolio.
