The Content Operations Intern supports the Content team by helping keep projects and workflows organized and moving forward. This role focuses on assisting with project tracking and supporting production and operational tasks as needed. The goal is to help the team stay efficient, organized, and meet deadlines. For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $18/hr to $18.50/hr.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Clear and professional communication
- BA or currently pursuing a BA
Nice To Haves
- Previous internship or experience in content or marketing operations, project coordination, or administrative support
- Familiarity with Airtable or similar project management tools
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day project coordination by tracking timelines, deliverables, task progress
- Submit, track, and manage Airtable requests to ensure accuracy and timely execution by internal teams
- Maintain and update project trackers, calendars, and internal documentation
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks across the content team
- Assist with pre-production coordination as needed, including organizing assets and prepping shoot materials
- Provide on-set support as needed, assisting with production and operational tasks to ensure smooth shoot execution (e.g., product pulls, steaming, and coordinating basic needs such as crafty and catering)
