RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is accountable for curating, managing, and maintaining branded content across multiple digital functions, including eCommerce, social media, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and skilled at managing content workflows, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting brand campaign readiness across all channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in content operations, digital asset management, or content production workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize content pipelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across creative, marketing, and eCommerce functions.
  • Proficiency with digital asset management tools and content performance platforms.
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Curates branded content for deployment across eCommerce, social media, and additional digital environments.
  • Ensures all content reflects active brand campaigns and adheres strictly to brand guidelines.
  • Oversees and streamlines the content development workflow from concept to deployment for internally produced assets.
  • Manages the collection, organization, and tracking of all in‑progress digital assets.
  • Aligns branded content with seasonal and strategic brand campaigns, ensuring timely updates.
  • Collaborates closely with creative, marketing, and eCommerce teams to maintain consistency and accuracy across content.
  • Maintains a centralized repository for branded assets and implements processes for version control and timely distribution.
  • Deploys core brand ideas strategically across digital platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Partners with media and analytics teams to evaluate content reach and performance.
  • Tracks content utilization and effectiveness to inform continuous improvement of workflows and content strategy.
