The Content Manager at Family Life Radio is a pivotal role responsible for the planning, development, and execution of the ministry's content strategy. This position involves leading the Content Division team and managing the creation and production of both online and offline content marketing materials. The Content Manager will work closely with the Executive Director of Marketing to curate and implement a content strategy that aligns with the ministry's goals and vision. This role is essential for enhancing the brand's impact and engaging the audience effectively. In this position, the Content Manager will oversee the development and distribution of mission-aligned content that conveys the organization's stories and engages the audience. They will develop content creation direction, plan calendars, and manage the cadence of curated campaigns across various digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, and other digital touchpoints. The role also involves analyzing revenue generation opportunities from executed content and collaborating with the revenue team to implement strategies that yield positive results through donations or advertising. The Content Manager will drive audience engagement and traffic through various content projects and formats. They will work collaboratively with internal marketing teams and across departments to execute the content strategy and achieve the outlined goals. Responsibilities include mission and brand alignment, team management, content curation and creation, performance monitoring, and conducting content audits and adjustments. The role requires knowledge of digital content marketing software, tools, and methods for effective content management and SEO. Travel may be required for this position, and other duties may be assigned as necessary.
