About The Position
Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Proposals, this position is responsible for preparing and producing, professional and effective copy in support of both prospect level RFP responses as well as in service of general product marketing initiatives on behalf of the member companies of Reliance Matrix. This position will have primary responsibility for establishing, maintaining and optimizing a network of Subject Matter Experts across all Reliance Matrix departments and representing client, prospect and broker interests within the communications structure to ensure product and process changes are captured, understood and communicated appropriately in the context of the presale, sales and retention parts of the client lifecycle. This team member will work closely with Marketing Communications colleagues to prepare, validate, customize and maintain product and business process information required for presale, sales and client retention activities and communications. This person will design and maintain a repository and conduct all internal training relevant to both self-service and assisted use by internal customers. This position will also work closely with both the Chief Marketing Officer and others in support of inorganic growth strategies, as this information will continue to be invaluable in these endeavors as well.
