The role of the Content Management Specialist is to program the BetMGM product for both web and mobile across multiple user segments on all of our legalized states/jurisdictions. A key responsibility is ensuring content is accurate and up to date on all pages. The role also involves working to multiple deadlines at the same time. The Content Management Specialist reports to the Manager, Sports Content and is expected to collaborate with the entire Content team in order to deliver a first-class experience to our customers.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the majority of U.S. Sports including but not limited to NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MMA, Soccer, PGA etc.
• Knowledge of online betting platforms and terminology
• Experience working within a CMS a plus, experience using Sitecore a huge plus
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus
• Experience working within Asana a plus
• Knowledge of analytics software a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English written and verbal, Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Program and manage betting content within the sportsbook app, ensuring adherence to existing planning while being able to improve offerings through sound decision-making and expertise within sports realm
• Monitor and adjust content placements in real-time based on shifts in betting activity, breaking news, game outcomes, etc.
• Maintain non-sports content areas and journeys across the platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for house rules, privacy policies, responsible gaming resources, customer support messaging, and more
• Sanity-check all aspects of the product (links, titling, grammar, navigational items, etc.)
• Become subject matter expert on all tools and features relevant to programming, including, but not limited to, Sitecore and SportsAdmin
• Collaborate with the rest of the Content team to identify pain points in operational processes
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to deliver on time
