This position involves researching and analyzing Federal and State tax code, master tax guide, tax regulations, rules and workflows to design and develop assigned tax forms. The role includes designing the complete user experience for all assigned forms including layouts, input, calculations, help screens, e-Filing and print functionality, as well as designing and editing the input content and government tax form output. The analyst will code assigned tax forms using proprietary development software, conduct product testing and debugging, and review and resolve escalated customer issues. Additionally, the role requires researching and initiating compliance and enhancement projects, developing a deep understanding of products and the industry, participating in organizational activities, pursuing professional development, and proactively gathering project and enhancement requirements.
