Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content development or technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Markdown and AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering).
• Experience with automated documentation generation and workflow optimization.
• Solid understanding of API and developer documentation best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and reading proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in PST timezone.
• Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience creating content for Microsoft Learn or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Azure or .NET.
• Exposure to documentation-as-code practices or CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and prompt engineering to automate and standardize documentation workflows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation in Markdown format with a focus on clarity, scalability, and consistency.
• Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts to validate and enhance AI-generated documentation frameworks.
• Streamline documentation processes to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Ensure all content adheres to company learn standards for structure, tone, and style.

• A competitive pay range of $100,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience).
