About The Position

Sperton Global AS, a global recruitment and consulting firm with offices across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, is partnering with a US-based client, a fast-growing DTC fashion and apparel brand, to hire a Content Creator. This is not a typical content creator role, we are looking for someone who can create scroll-stopping content while also leading TikTok Live sessions to engage audiences, tell compelling stories, and showcase products in real time.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects, CapCut
• Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content trends
• Comfortable on camera and behind it, with confidence and energy
• Able to shoot, edit, and post content quickly without sacrificing quality
• Organized, able to manage multiple projects, and flexible to pivot with trends
• Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands
• Curious, proactive, and always looking to experiment and improve
• Applicants must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Host engaging TikTok Live shopping events with confidence and high energy.
• Interact with viewers in real time: answer questions, demo products, and drive conversions.
• Create and film TikTok-first videos (product demos, lifestyle content, trends, promos).
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Plan and storyboard creative concepts aligned with brand goals and TikTok trends.
• Optimize content for TikTok’s algorithm, trending formats, and best practices.
• Shoot high-quality photo and video content for campaigns and social media.
• Use basic lighting, audio, and camera equipment to ensure high-quality output.
• Stay on top of TikTok Live, short-form content trends, and social commerce best practices.
