Content Creator

PepsiCoPlano, TX
5h$73,400 - $122,850

About The Position

PepsiCo is a global food and beverage leader operating in more than 200 countries and territories, home to 22 world famous, billion-dollar brands. From Lay's to Doritos, Cap’n Crunch, Tostitos to Cheetos, our brands do not just show up in culture. They help shape it. Guiding PepsiCo is our vision to be the global leader in convenient foods and beverages by Winning with Purpose. That means building brands that grow responsibly, creatively, and meaningfully. At PepsiCo, what makes you unique makes us better. The award-winning in-house agency for PepsiCo Foods North America, known as D3, is expanding its team with The Content Lab. This team is a social first creative engine built for speed, craft, and cultural relevance. We are looking for a Content Creator to help round out the team. THE ROLE This role is for a multi-hyphenate creative who lives and breathes social. Someone equally comfortable capturing thumb-stopping static as they are crafting high-performing social video. You have a sharp instinct for video storytelling, from nailing comedic timing and hooks to knowing which trends are worth jumping on. You understand how to create content that feels native, not forced, while still being performance driven. While you may not be a traditional copywriter, you know how to write witty, on-brand captions and real-time responses that resonate with a chronically online audience. Above all, you’re deeply tapped into culture (online and IRL) and know how to translate what’s happening now into content people actually want to watch, share, and engage with. If you’re ready to take your craft to the next level while bringing some of the world’s most iconic brands to life on social, then D3 might just be the place for you.

  • Able to turn insights and cultural moments into creative that feels relevant, smart, and effective.
  • Comfortable thinking big picture while still executing the details that drive performance
  • A strong storyteller who can translate ideas into clear, compelling visuals and words.
  • Confident in collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver social work that matters.
  • Proven ability to spot a moment in culture and reacting quickly with content that feels native, not forced.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-4 years professional or personal content creation experience with a solid portfolio of work featuring social and copy writing

  • Write original social copy that sounds human, adapts to each platform, and knows when to adjust for different audiences.
  • Help ideate, capture, and edit content around brand activations, keeping things timely, culturally plugged-in, and never late to the moment.
  • Think fast and create faster, jumping on cultural moments while they’re still peaking.
  • Collaborate closely with account and creative teams to bring ideas from early thought starters to live content
  • Present work internally and occasionally to clients whether it’s a fully baked idea or a strong POV in progress.
  • Revise content based on internal and client feedback/direction.
  • Stay curious about internet trends, formats, and behaviors, and know which ones are worth chasing.
  • Be hands-on throughout the process, from concepting to production, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed.
  • Share a strong online portfolio that shows range, taste, and an ability to think conceptually and execute strongly.
