About The Position
16VC is a founder-first venture platform operating across venture capital, founder fellowships, and venture studio initiatives. We work with ambitious early-stage founders across AI, SaaS, fintech, and frontier technologies. We are building a strong digital presence across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and newsletter. Role Overview We are looking for a sharp, fast-moving Content Creator to produce high-quality content focused on: Venture capital insights Founder psychology Startup building AI & emerging tech Fellowship announcements This is a hands-on creation role — not just scheduling posts.
Requirements
- Strong writing skills (clear, sharp, non-generic)
- Understanding of startup / VC ecosystem
- Experience building content for founders or tech audience
- Comfortable taking voice & tone direction
- Fast turnaround time
Nice To Haves
- Built audience before
- Video editing skills (Reels / Shorts)
- AI content tooling familiarity
Responsibilities
- Write 3–5 high-quality posts per week (LinkedIn + X)
- Turn long-form ideas into short-form content
- Draft newsletters
- Create basic visuals using Canva / Figma
- Support fellowship promotion campaigns
- Repurpose content into threads, carousels, and clips
- Coordinate with community manager (if applicable)
