The position involves autonomously creating large volumes of content, collaborating with teams, and adapting content based on real-time insights to engage consumers effectively.

Requirements

• Video/writing/art/design education or equivalent creative experience with a passion for creating content across various media platforms.
• Experience with videography/photography using DSLR.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Final Cut and After Effects.
• Writing skills using Google Docs and Word.
• Art/design skills using Adobe Suite, Google Slides, and Canva.
• Strong content creation skills capable of execution from start to finish.

• Demonstrated initiative and accountability as a self-starter.
• Ability to foster strong cross-functional teamwork and achieve positive results.

Responsibilities

• Ideate large volumes of content across multiple media platforms and tools with guidance from creative leadership.
• Create content that connects with consumers, measured by attention metrics such as likes and comments.
• Cull insights based on real-time responses to live content and adapt accordingly.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid requests and tight timelines.
• Work with the Post Creative Strategist to craft community management responses and engagements.
• Attend creative brainstorms, kick-offs, and team meetings to contribute ideas and design strategies.
