Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
  • Deep knowledge of viral content formats and trends
  • Experience managing or strategizing social media pages
  • Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify trends early and act quickly
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Consistent, execution-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Viral Strategy (Core Responsibility)
  • Identify daily trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
  • Pitch 5–10 viral content ideas every day
  • Adapt trends to AI, marketing, entrepreneurship niches
  • Write scroll-stopping hooks + multiple angles
  • Understand why content goes viral (psychology + structure)
  • Guide during shoots for maximum performance
  • Track performance & optimize based on data
  • Content Oversight & Daily Execution
  • Oversee daily content creation across all platforms
  • Guide and ensure production of: Short-form videos Stories Simple, fast-turnaround content
  • Repurpose existing content into: Multiple formats Platform-specific variations New angles/hooks
  • Handle light editing when needed (basic trims, captions, simple formats — no advanced editing required)
  • Ensure content is: Fast Consistent Aligned with current trends
  • Social Media Execution
  • Ensure consistent publishing across all platforms
  • Oversee planning of: Daily short-form content Story content Captions and posting timelines
  • Manage and grow multiple social media pages
  • Upload, schedule, and test content across platforms
  • Experiment with: Hooks First 3 seconds Thumbnails Formats
  • Perform basic keyword & trend research
  • Plan and maintain a structured content calendar in advance
  • Maintain a clear content pipeline and publishing flow
  • Team Coordination & Workflow Management
  • Work closely with: In-house editors Graphic designers
  • Provide: Clear briefs Creative direction Feedback and revisions
  • Ensure smooth collaboration and timely execution
  • Align all outputs with the overall content strategy
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Monitor content performance across platforms
  • Analyze: Engagement Retention Reach
  • Identify what works and scale it
  • Identify what doesn’t and improve or eliminate it
  • Continuously refine strategy based on insights
