About The Position

Likewize is seeking a Content Creator & Social Media Manager to develop and implement engaging social media strategies tailored for B2B audiences, primarily focusing on LinkedIn and X (Twitter). This role involves executing both organic and paid social media campaigns, monitoring engagement, and collaborating with Sales & Marketing to align social media efforts with strategic initiatives. The position also requires content creation across various mediums and leveraging analytics to optimize social media performance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management and content creation in tech-focused B2B environments.
  • Extensive storytelling experience with a robust portfolio in written, audio, and visual mediums.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a proven ability to create diverse content formats.
  • Strong familiarity with KPIs like engagement rates, content ROI, and audience growth metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Experience with scheduling, listening, planning, and analytics tools for social media.
  • Experience leveraging AI to streamline processes and enhance content quality.
  • Expertise in audience targeting and optimization for paid social media efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement engaging social media strategies and content calendar for B2B audiences.
  • Execute organic and hyper-targeted paid social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
  • Monitor and respond to comments to drive engagement and engage industry influencers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing to align social media efforts with strategic sales initiatives.
