Content Creator - Review Responder
About The Position
We provide a specialized service for apartment community operators by crafting thoughtful, professional responses to resident reviews posted on major multifamily platforms such as ApartmentRatings, Apartments.com, Google, Yelp, and Facebook. Our team guarantees a 24-business-hour turnaround time and offers clients flexibility in how involved they want to be in the response process. While many competitors rely solely on AI-generated replies, our clients value authentic, human-written responses that feel genuine to residents. Because demand for this human approach continues to grow, we’re looking to add another writer to our team. About the Role: This is a remote contractor role paying $20/hour, and initial expectations will be availability of 10-20 hours/week, possibly growing to 30 hours over time. We’ll train you on the nuances of responding to apartment community reviews and how to handle different types of feedback—from positive praise to difficult complaints. The ideal candidate is a strong writer who can maintain a professional, empathetic tone and is consistently available to meet our 24-hour turnaround deadlines. This role works well as a flexible side gig that can be done remotely from anywhere, as long as deadlines are reliably met.
