We’re looking for a Content Creator & Operator—a creative, systems-minded doer who thrives at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and scale. This isn’t a traditional content writer or a heads-down production job. It’s a hybrid, hands-on role for someone who knows how to leverage generative AI, social tools, and lightweight video editing to spin up content quickly and effectively. You should be chronically online, love the latest memes and internet trends. We’re looking for someone who understands fun and interesting ways to help us use AI to scale. You’ll help build and run the engine behind Ting’s content—shaping how we structure creative workflows, produce repeatable formats, and repurpose long-form assets into bite-sized, scroll-stopping content. This is ideal for someone who understands social-first storytelling, thinks in templates (not just text), and knows how to make AI-generated outputs feel thoughtful, accurate, and on-brand. This is a 6-month contract with opportunity for extension.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in content creation, production, or editorial operations—bonus for work at a fast-moving team, startup, or creative agency
  • Proficiency with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, Runway, Adobe Firefly)
  • Hands-on experience with short-form video production using tools like CapCut or TikTok’s native editor
  • Strong sense of storytelling, structure, and tone across all owned media platforms
  • A systems mindset—you think in repeatable patterns and scalable formats
  • High curiosity and confidence using emerging tools and platforms
  • Clear communication and strong collaboration skills—you’re comfortable working across teams and evolving ideas with feedback

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, or asset libraries

Responsibilities

  • Operate and evolve content systems
  • Use tools like Notion, Figma, and CMS platforms to help organize, structure, and scale our content workflows
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to turn big ideas into modular formats and systematized outputs
  • Identify friction points and work with systems designers to refine, update and evolve workflows and templates
  • Create and edit short-form video content leveraging tools
  • Use CapCut, Canva, or Runway to turn raw footage, stills, and AI assets into polished short-form content
  • Adapt content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
  • Contribute to creative ideation around video-first storytelling
  • Use AI to accelerate and improve content
  • Draft, edit, and refine copy using tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, internal tools and other generative platforms
  • QA and edit AI-generated content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand voice
  • Write or rewrite short-form copy, captions, and video scripts that align with campaign messaging
  • Repurpose and scale creative assets
  • Manage, write and execute long and short form blog posts informed by the editorial calendar
  • Turn long-form blog posts, explainers, or campaign messaging into snackable social content
  • Optimize existing content for new channels, formats, and use cases
  • Help build a library of reusable prompts, templates, and content frameworks
  • Support content and campaign execution
  • Contribute to educational explainers, how-tos, FAQs, and web content that empower customers
  • Support cross-functional teams with copy, content production, and asset adaptation
  • Maintain consistency across platforms while tailoring tone and structure to different audiences

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 USD for US residents
