The Associate Creative Director (ACD) reports to the Creative Director and supervises the total creative effort of a number of copy and/or art supervisors or creative groups. The ACD integrates art, copy, and production functions, and is an experienced presenter with client contact at the brand level and above. ACDs produce and supervise high-level, quality, core concept material and other visuals and designs to achieve creative excellence on behalf of our clients. They are key client-facing creative staff, both hands-on creators and strategically insightful contributors. The ACD is tactically involved in the concept, design, and execution of integrated, cross-channel initiatives and demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the client's brand and overall industry. The role supports business growth and pushes the envelope on developing ground-breaking creative content.
