About The Position

The Digital Media Intern will support our team in creating engaging photo, video, and digital content that brings the Allen Brothers brand to life. This is a hands on role where you’ll learn how creative content is produced from start to finish, assist with photo and video shoots, and help develop visual assets for marketing channels. This internship is ideal for students interested in digital media, photography, videography, social content, and the food industry.

Requirements

• Enrollment in an undergraduate program or recent graduation, ideally in digital media, film, photography, marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Coursework or class projects involving photo/video production, editing, design, or multimedia
• Basic experience with photography, videography, or content creation
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing tools
• Strong organization, creativity, and willingness to learn new techniques.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating with a variety of team members.
• Interest in the food/culinary space, visual storytelling, and digital content trends.
• Ability to take direction, be flexible, and contribute to a fast paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and editing videos and digital assets that support marketing and brand initiatives.
• Stay up to date with current editing styles, social video trends, and storytelling techniques.
• Support photo and video shoots for events, marketing materials, and product imagery.
• Help capture, edit, organize, and archive photos and video content.
• Participate in the full creative process—from concept development to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
• Help storyboard content, schedule shoots, work with talent, and set up lighting and audio equipment.
• Take photos of ingredients, dishes, and plated food both in studio and on location.
• Learn and assist with food styling techniques to enhance digital content.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) to edit images and video.
• Assist in choosing props, supporting chefs during shoots, and contributing creative ideas.
• Help maintain photo/video equipment, manage studio space, and organize digital media archives.
