Responsibilities

  • Create High-Quality Content: Plan, write, film, and edit engaging content for social media (primarily Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn), email, and blog.
  • Be the Face & Voice of Thesis: Represent the brand on-camera in short-form videos, stories, lives, and educational explainers.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with our marketing, product, CX, and scientific & regulatory affairs teams to translate complex ideas into digestible and inspiring content.
  • Stay On-Trend: Keep your finger on the pulse of culture, wellness, and social media trends to create timely, relevant, and high-impact content.
  • Optimize for Performance: Use insights and data to iterate on content types, messaging, and format for different platforms and goals.
  • Champion the Brand Voice: Ensure all content is aligned with our tone—curious, grounded in science, empowering, and human.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience creating content for a brand or personal platform (wellness or supplements space is a plus).
  • Proficiency in short-form video editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar) and content planning tools.
  • Comfortability on camera, with a strong and engaging on-screen presence.
  • Strong portfolio or examples of content (videos, reels, social posts, blogs, etc.).
  • Strong written communication skills with a knack for translating technical topics.
  • Background in copywriting, UGC, or influencer collaboration is a plus.
  • A natural storyteller with a sharp eye for aesthetics and an ear for tone.
  • Passion about wellness, neuroscience, and personal optimization.
  • Obsession with social media and content trends (you know what works and why).
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Detail-orientation, but can move fast and ship often.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in copywriting, UGC, or influencer collaboration is a plus.
