We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Content Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, marketing, and brand storytelling. The Content Coordinator will support the content team in developing, organizing, and distributing engaging materials across various channels to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.

  • Assist in content creation, including blog posts, website updates, social media updates, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to manage the content calendar and ensure timely publication across platforms.
  • Ability to manage timelines, reviews, approvals across various teams and still meet deadlines.
  • Support content distribution efforts, including uploading content to the website, scheduling posts on LinkedIn, building email communications, and optimizing for SEO.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
  • Monitor and report on content performance metrics using analytics tools.
  • Assist in proofreading and editing content to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
  • Maintain content databases, assets, and documentation for easy accessibility.
  • Help manage external vendors, such as freelance writers or content agencies, as needed.
  • Manage requests from multiple stakeholders and intake process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or a related role (internships count!).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Basic design experience - Canva, Figma.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, content management systems (e.g., AirTable, Hubspot, Webflow), and social media (LinkedIn).
  • Familiarity with reviewing reports, developing insights and measuring content impact.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to be entrepreneurial.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive and creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience using AI tools for content development and management (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, etc.).
  • Experience in this type of role from the technology, consulting or B2B marketing background.
