As a Content Cleaning Technician , you’ll be at the heart of the restoration process:
Clean, restore, and care for customers’ belongings with precision and attention to detail
Carefully pack, inventory, and transport items to ensure they are protected
Document restorable and non-restorable items accurately
Assist with on-site cleanup and restoration of affected properties
Learn and apply techniques for odor removal, upholstery and carpet cleaning, and hazardous material handling
Use industry-leading equipment and develop valuable technical skills
Provide compassionate, professional customer service during stressful situations
Support job documentation and costing processes
Follow and promote safety standards on every job

Requirements

• 1+ year of cleaning, restoration, or general labor experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
