About The Position

We are seeking a talented professional responsible for automating content regeneration from original sources of content, through the lifecycle to quality assurance and final release to users and external partners. The Content Automation Specialist will partner with leading solution providers that are future relevant and meet current RSNA needs. Requirements

  • BS/MS degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 3+ years of recent solid professional experience in content regeneration automation. [healthcare technology preferred]
  • 3+ years in scouting, evaluating the best, industry relevant solutions in content regeneration automation, using these solutions at work and either leading/being an active part of the solution implementation team in their prior experience.
  • 5+ total relevant professional work experience.
  • Experience in understanding/exposure to healthcare content.
  • This position is self-directed and requires the ability to gain rapid (like a startup) deep understanding of RSNA needs and translating them in an actionable direction along with driving to results independently.
  • Demonstrated experience in hands-on leadership to results.
  • Ability to work in a lean startup mode. Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills tailored to different audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of content automation strategy and framework, on time and within budget, working with Assistant Director, and vendor partners.
  • Clearly define the automation plan for content regeneration per product line.
  • Create content maps to link text to organizational assets and envisions, recommend enhancements for use in various electronic formats.
  • Scout and research solution partners for end-to-end radiology related content automation, a full solution stack, with a working style and attitude of a startup.
  • Evaluate and onboard solution partners to RSNA to meet RSNA content automation functional and technical needs.
  • Implement the solution partners capabilities in increments to meet RSNA functional and technical needs, with a working style and attitude of a startup. Note, this is a hands-on role, a lean startup mode and will have no RSNA resources for delegation.
  • Be the Content Automation expert for RSNA. We are not looking for a coordinator
  • Hold the ultimate ownership and accountability for ensuring content is 100% accurate and timely for our users, external partners.
