About The Position

As a Content Analyst at United Wholesale Mortgage, you will be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of content for both internal and external clients. The role requires simplifying complex topics and managing the knowledge base system to ensure clients can easily understand mortgage products and processes. You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and senior leadership to enhance content quality and relevance, while also monitoring metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a mortgage or banking environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with HTML is a plus.
  • Attention to detail with a sharp eye for grammatical errors.
  • Ability to work well in a team and take constructive criticism.
  • Self-reliant, highly organized, and able to prioritize under pressure.
  • Strong business acumen and a positive attitude towards personal and professional development.
  • Ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal Subject Matter Experts and senior leadership to establish an organized process for managing content in the knowledge base system.
  • Assist with facilitating the knowledge base article process from ideation to publication.
  • Manage content that helps clients identify and understand mortgage products, processes, or guidelines.
  • Document interpretations of investor guidelines in collaboration with SMEs.
  • Gather and review metrics regarding common questions to identify content gaps and improve over time.
  • Partner with multiple business teams to document and map business processes using a Digital Adoption Platform.
  • Assist with search relevancy monitoring and tuning in the designated platform.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce team on knowledge article and process enhancements.
