About The Position
Manage container inventory and perform reconciliation between physical and system records. Execute daily yard planning, container entry and exit processing, and general yard maintenance tasks. Work directly with truckers and engage actively in yard and gate operations. Complete and organize documentation, filing paperwork accurately and on time. Ensure container security and gate procedures are followed in compliance with company safety policies. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to resolve operational discrepancies. Support outbound operations with process improvements and ad hoc innovation initiatives. Communicate proactively with carriers to resolve operational delays or service issues. Collaborate closely with internal teams including Carrier Management, Transportation, and Settlement to meet operational targets. Conduct preliminary theft reporting and provide follow-up support as needed. Perform facility compliance checks aligned with internal safety and regulatory standards. Submit accurate data for use in reporting, KPIs, and management dashboards.
