About The Position

Container Unloaders/Lumpers Wanted EXE Logistics Solutions EXE Logistics is looking for container unloaders/lumpers for our Mt. Juliet and Nashville, TN operations Compensation starts at $17.00/ hour + Performance Bonus Incentives Hours of operation are Monday - Friday (6:30 AM - Completion) Some Saturday work may be required. The ideal candidate will be expected to maintain excellent attendance and have a stable work history Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs frequently Warehouse environment with extreme heat in the summer months and extreme cold in the fall/ winter months. Must have basic math skills and meticulous attention to detail. Requires a positive attitude and the ability to work individually or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening. Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking, and planning. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company and OSHA safety standards . Fast paced team concept environment Must have reliable transportation Pass both a 5 Panel Drug Test and Criminal Background check Paid weekly via direct deposit Note: There are no Medical, Dental, 401K, Sick, Vacation or Holiday pay benefits being offered at this time.
