About The Position

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Container Tech Level II to join our team of professionals in support of the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) Warehouse Support Services (WSS) Program. Essential Duties & Job Functions: Performmaintenance, inspection, repair, alteration, and certification of all NMRLC ISOcontainers and shelters. Conduct inspections and certification activitiesin accordance withMIL-STD-3037,DoDINST4500.9R, NAVFAC guidance, and applicable DoD instructions. Complete and maintain DA2404 Container Inspection Forms and upload inspection and certification documentation into the Joint Container Management System (JCMS). Perform pre-certification inspections andidentifydeficiencies requiring corrective action prior to certification. Perform repairs and alterations,including, but not limited to, spot painting, gasket and seal replacement, dent repair, blind rivet replacement, machining, welding, rebuilds, rehabilitation, and installation of replacement components. Perform inspection and repair of container doors, ramps, flooring, shelving, drawers, and installed collateral equipment. Ensure containers and shelters are protected from deterioration and damage during storage, movement, and staging. Update DMLSS and HIMS condition codes and location data whenever container movement, maintenance, or status changes occur. Conduct operational testing of installed and collateral equipment within containers and shelters. Repack materials and secure all contents following inspection and maintenance activities to prevent shipping damage. Perform CSC certification and reinspection activities, including application of required decals and data plate documentation. Ensure all certification activities are completed within required timelines prior to transport. Operate forklifts andappropriate MHEfor container movement and staging. Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimumoftwo (2) years of experience in maintenance, inspection, repair, and certification of ISO containers and 3:1shelters.
  • Experience with container inspection standards and structural repairs.
  • Knowledge of CSC regulatory requirements for shipment of containers.
  • Convention for Safe Containers (CSC) Certification.
  • Certification tooperate4–30K forklifts.
  • Must be a United StatesCitizen
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation (minimumT-1/NACI)
  • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience performing certification inspections preferred.
  • Militarylogisticsor expeditionary systems experience strongly preferred.
