About The Position

Pay Rate: Minimum $16.20 per hr - Maximum $22.00 per hr Our wage ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry and are one part of the total compensation that may also include incentives, benefits, and other opportunities at PODS. In accordance with New York, Colorado, California, Washington and other applicable laws, PODS is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity.   • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years in a related field (assembly, steel fabrication, carpentry, industrial painting, etc)
  • Possess a current valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours a day; ability to stoop, bend and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, drive and stand for extended periods of time during assigned shift; Ability to climb, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
  • Ability to hear and verbally communicate using a telephone handset and/or connected headset device
  • Shift start times may vary; Some additional hours may be required including Saturdays/Sundays; Required to work overtime as needed.
  • Travel requirements: Within Location Territory
  • Warehouse locations may not be climate controlled except for specific areas. May be expected to work during inclement weather conditions.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality required
  • May be subject to pre-employment criminal background check and/or drug screening as well as random drug screenings in accordance with company policy
