About The Position
En UCIMED requerimos la contratación de un Contador(a) Junior ¿Cuál es el objetivo del puesto? Brindar soporte financiero–contable al Instituto de Investigación de Ciencias Médicas, mediante el registro, control y análisis de las transacciones financieras, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa contable, fiscal y legal vigente en Costa Rica. Requirements
- Estudiante activo de Bachillerato universitario en Contabilidad, Contaduría Pública o Finanzas.
- 2 a 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
- NIIF básicas.
- Legislación tributaria costarricense.
- Excel nivel intermedio.
- Organización y atención al detalle.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Ética profesional.
- Proactividad y enfoque en resultados.

- Deseable incorporación activa o en proceso al Colegio de Contadores Privados de Costa Rica.
Responsibilities
- Elaborar reportes financieros y estados financieros básicos.
- Controlar cuentas por pagar y por cobrar, así como sus auxiliares.
- Gestionar documentación contable y procesos de facturación electrónica.
- Crear, administrar, dar seguimiento y cerrar presupuestos de estudios clínicos.
- Manejar contratos con proveedores.
- Controlar y administrar la caja chica.
