Nexamp is looking to hire a Contact Center Vendor Manager to join its Customer Experience team, and to have responsibility for our vendor-managed inbound call center. We are looking for a passionate and proactive person to be responsible for building and sustaining strong, strategic partnerships with vendors to ensure the effective support of our customers and community solar product. Your role will encompass oversight of overall program performance including workforce management (WFM) metrics, quality assurance (QA), and content accuracy while actively monitoring vendor effectiveness and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational objectives. The Contact Center Vendor Manager plays a key role in aligning vendor capabilities with the company's strategic goals to maximize value and performance.
