About The Position
Prisma Health is seeking two part‑time, onsite Switchboard Monitoring Associates to support overnight operations for its newly acquired Tennessee market. This is a non‑clinical, low‑volume, high‑reliability role focused on monitoring hospital alarm panels and performing simple response actions. The associate ensures continuous 24/7 oversight of facility alarms (fire, med gas, blood/tissue freezer alerts, etc.). When an alert activates, the individual follows a scripted protocol—typically calling Engineering or notifying an appropriate onsite or on‑call contact. - Customer service

- Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Prior exposure to Epic (but NOT required — training is provided).
