About The Position

You will play an integral role in the success of Main Line Health! As an extension of the Marketing and Business Development department, you will be responsible for: assisting new and existing customers with physician referral services, appointment scheduling, class enrollment, program registration, fulfillment and patient portal support, among other responsibilities. Do you like conversing on the phone and have excellent communication & customer service skills? If yes, this role may be a perfect match! The duties of this position require almost constant phone interaction throughout the shift including both inbound and outbound calls. Develop and Grow your Career! Requirements

  • One to Three years of telephone or community/public interaction with emphasis on customer service.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills required.
  • Demonstrated computer knowledge with experience of multiple databases, as well as working knowledge of the Internet, word, excel and email required.
  • High School Diploma / GED required

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare related experience, medical terminology and managed care knowledge preferred.
  • Associates Degree preferred.
