In this role, you will have the opportunity to guide enterprise customers through AI-driven contact center transformations as a trusted technical advisor. You'll design strategies for cloud migration, showcase AI automation, and architect cohesive solutions integrating CRM, workforce management, and analytics platforms. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Technical Consulting roles.
  • Proficiency in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Customer Experience (CX), AI, or Cloud Communications.
  • Strong understanding of contact center ecosystems, including CRM integrations such as Salesforce, Zendesk, REST APIs, and system integrations.
  • Ability to discuss business outcomes, ROI, total cost of ownership (TCO), and transformation strategies with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating Workforce Management (WFM), Quality Management (QM), and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions, executive workshops, and technical demonstrations to translate business objectives into scalable architectures for customer experience.
  • Design integrated solutions across multiple vendors, encompassing CRM, AI virtual agents, workforce engagement, APIs, and cloud services.
  • Guide clients through intricate migrations from on-premise systems to cloud environments while executing proofs of concept and validating architectures.
  • Engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders to communicate business value, ROI, and transformation outcomes effectively.
  • Collaborate with product teams to incorporate customer feedback into roadmap priorities and facilitate partner ecosystems through technical training.
