This position is predominately remote; however, you may be required to come onsite as needed. As a Contact Center Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service via telephone and offer financial products and services that meet the customers' needs. A typical day might include brainstorming with team members about ways to meet referral goals, talking with customers about their auto loan payoff amounts, assisting customers with unlocking their online accounts, ordering new debit cards, transferring funds between accounts, and meeting with your Team Lead to review your current performance.
