  • Enter accurate data while speaking with customers to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Engage with customers to build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong people skills to interact and engage with customers effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey TruGreen treatment plans and offerings clearly.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Sales skills, including knowledge of up-selling techniques and overcoming objections to close sales.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and Outlook.
