About The Position

The Contact Center Representative at TruStone Financial is responsible for providing exceptional member service by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the credit union's operations, services, and regulations. This role involves resolving member inquiries and concerns, offering universal support, and ensuring compliance with policies while fostering a professional and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of related financial or customer services experience, preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Experience in computer systems with MS Office experience preferred.
  • Math aptitude and keyboarding skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player, being flexible and dependable.
  • Ability to work independently while displaying initiative and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while working under pressure.
  • General knowledge and experience working with mobile devices and their operating systems.
  • Ability to provide high-quality, professional support over the phone.
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a unique working knowledge of all operational and technical facets of the credit union.
  • Perform advanced functions and provide universal support for members related to operational activities and financial services.
  • Resolve member inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively.
  • Stay knowledgeable and up-to-date with changing policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to co-workers and other credit union staff.
  • Exercise independent judgment and decision-making skills while safeguarding member information.
  • Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
