About The Position

The Contact Center Representative plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to both internal and external members of the Credit Union. This position is responsible for responding to member inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring that the Member's First Pledge of Valued Relationships and Trusted Solutions is upheld. The representative must demonstrate effective communication skills, manage multiple tasks in a busy call center environment, and maintain a professional image while supporting the Credit Union's mission and objectives.
