Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Client service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong client service and phone skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational, listening, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer skills, including MS Office applications, customer relationship management (CRM) programs, online banking applications, document management software and other related applications.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members to service all aspects of client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provides exceptional service and a consistent client experience that aligns with the mission and vision of Compeer.
  • Responds to client faxes and email.
  • Monitors Compass email box & triages as necessary.
  • Performs a variety of transactions, money movement (ACH, Templated Wires); payoff requests and client registrations at the client’s request.
  • Answers and resolves client questions including address changes, patronage information and eSign.
  • Actively promotes the organization’s digital offering to enhance the client experience.
  • Assists clients in account maintenance corrections and investigates misapplied payments.
  • Transfers incoming calls to the appropriate team member when needed.
  • Processes all returned mail.
  • Monitors for insurance placement and cancellations.
  • Gathers information for the correct coverage.
  • Performs other specialty tasks as needed to meet the needs of the organization.
