About The Position

Are you passionate about helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll be the voice of Honda customers, assisting with recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting. You’ll handle 30–40 inbound calls per shift, providing accurate information, scheduling appointments, and documenting cases with precision. This role requires empathy, professionalism, and the ability to navigate multiple screens and software tools seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Strong computer skills; able to navigate multiple tabs and software.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
  • College degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Independent decision-making skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive or dealership experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and care.
  • Schedule appointments for airbag recalls and provide dealership details.
  • Support customers with warranty questions and troubleshooting radio codes.
  • Document cases accurately and dispatch to the right department when needed.
  • Collaborate with a team of 10 for feedback and growth opportunities.
  • Consistently meet performance targets in call handling and customer satisfaction.
