Climb Credit Union is hiring for a Contact Center Representative who is responsible for assisting new and existing members with their financial needs. This is accomplished by interviewing members by telephone or in person, analysis of credit bureau reports; to identify financial needs and sales opportunities; initiate computer-based credit applications; analyze credit scores and makes routine business decisions; sells financial products and services to members; and answers member inquiries about Climb Credit Union products and financial services.
