About The Position

As a Contact Center Representative at Snappyhires, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively assist customers and address their inquiries. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will need to accurately document customer interactions and follow up as necessary. In this position, you will utilize various office equipment and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage customer information and facilitate communication. Your ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure will be essential, as you will be handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere. This is a full-time position with expected hours of 40 per week, typically scheduled for 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. You will be working in-person at our Pittsburgh, PA location, where you will have the opportunity to engage directly with customers and collaborate with your colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
