As a Call Center Representative, you play a critical part in providing services to insureds, claimants, and others relating to the 'First Notice of Loss' reports. As Sentry's promise to be there for our customers during their time of need, you'll provide technical support for the processing of claims. This position is categorized as a full-time position and will be scheduled 40 hours per week. Hours for this position are between 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Sunday. Our schedules are generated three weeks in advance, based on business forecasting.
