You will provide accurate and up-to-date information based on state regulations and agency policies, resolve issues and concerns with patience and empathy, and document calls to ensure efficient case management and follow-up. Participation in ongoing training will be essential to stay updated on child support policies and procedures, ensuring that you can provide the best support possible.
