Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions to enhance their banking experience.
- Educate customers on a wide range of banking products and services.
- Implement core values in every customer interaction to build strong relationships.
- Assist customers in identifying steps to achieve their financial goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to pass assessments associated with the position.
- Completion of three weeks of instructor-led training and two weeks of on-the-job training.
Nice-to-haves
- One year of customer service or production experience preferred.
- Retail experience is strongly preferred.
- A history of customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Stable work history of one year or more in previous roles is preferred.
- Some college education is a plus.
