About The Position

As a Contact Center Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions that enhance the contact center experience. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data, market research, and customer insights to drive decisions. You will manage Agile ceremonies, prioritize initiatives, and oversee delivery timelines across multiple product areas. By fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, you will ensure the team maximizes impact while delivering measurable business value. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Experience with contact center technologies such as Genesys Cloud or other CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in writing user stories, managing backlogs, and following the development process through story acceptance
  • Strong independent prioritization skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and a strong focus on delivering the best user experience
  • Open-minded, innovative, and curious about new perspectives and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, technical leads, vendors, and stakeholders to align priorities and identify opportunities
  • Manage the product backlog, plan sprints, and facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
  • Translate business objectives into epics and user stories, ensuring clarity and actionable deliverables for development teams
  • Monitor delivery timelines, resolve defects, and track progress against product goals and OKRs
  • Leverage analytics, market research, and customer feedback to guide product decisions and enhancements
  • Foster an innovative, inclusive, and collaborative culture within the team to maximize productivity and impact
