We are seeking a dedicated individual to respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. You will provide information regarding our products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure an optimal member experience and customer service. You will also perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts, and advise members on other products and services that may fit their needs.

  • Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Demonstrate knowledge, active listening, and adaptability to multiple systems.
  • Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
  • Advise members on products and services that may fit their needs.
  • Engage with members to ensure optimal customer service.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume, structured environment.
  • Proficient in customer service and data entry.
  • Experience with inbound and outbound calls.
  • Ability to comply with policies in a high-volume call environment.
  • Adaptable to a very structured environment.
  • Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles, baking/mortgage, professional environment, or high-volume retail environment.
