Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership in dispatch, customer service, or call center management within the HVAC, plumbing, or service trades.
  • Calm, confident decision-making — even in complex, high-stakes situations.
  • A growth mindset, with ambition to thrive in a company that promotes from within.
  • A natural leader who embodies Curiosity, Ambition, Responsibility, and Empathy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar AI dispatching software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Nexstar principles is a bonus, but a willingness to learn is even better.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Mission Control — Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing team of CSRs and dispatchers to keep our HVAC and plumbing operations running with precision.
  • Master the flow — Oversee daily technician assignments and scheduling to maximize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion training and growth — Partner with our internal trainers, external coaches, and Nexstar best practices to keep your team sharp and successful.
  • Drive innovation — Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, implement better systems, and optimize our ServiceTitan platform for maximum impact.
  • Decide with confidence — Make fast, informed decisions in high-pressure situations without losing focus on service quality or team morale.
  • Model leadership — Set the standard for integrity, accountability, and CARE values in everything you do.
