Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Technical Consulting roles.
- Proficiency in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Customer Experience (CX), AI, or Cloud Communications.
- Strong understanding of contact center ecosystems, including CRM integrations such as Salesforce, Zendesk, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Ability to discuss business outcomes, ROI, total cost of ownership (TCO), and transformation strategies with executive stakeholders.
- Experience navigating Workforce Management (WFM), Quality Management (QM), and analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions, executive workshops, and technical demonstrations to translate business objectives into scalable architectures for customer experience.
- Design integrated solutions across multiple vendors, encompassing CRM, AI virtual agents, workforce engagement, APIs, and cloud services.
- Guide clients through intricate migrations from on-premise systems to cloud environments while executing proofs of concept and validating architectures.
- Engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders to communicate business value, ROI, and transformation outcomes effectively.
- Collaborate with product teams to incorporate customer feedback into roadmap priorities and facilitate partner ecosystems through technical training.
