About The Position

The role of an International Operations Lead is to provide support to international locations post setup for any administrative and site level developments. This includes collecting information for feasibility/setup of international locations, assisting the team in responding to RFPs and RFIs, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure site readiness, and providing ongoing support to international locations post setup.

Requirements

• Graduate degree.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Comfortable with working in shifts and stretching as per job requirements.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel abroad at short notice.
• Willingness to relocate to a foreign location if required.

Responsibilities

• Collecting information for feasibility/setup of international locations including labor regulations, real estate costs, labor pool availability, competition study, demographics, economic indicators, and infrastructure.
• Assist the team in responding to RFPs and RFIs by liaising with recruitment agencies, procuring labor costs and hiring timelines, and participating in RFP workshops.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure site readiness in terms of infrastructure, technology, human resources, and other logistics on time to go-live.
• Provide ongoing support to international locations post setup for any administrative and site level developments.
